I am a dedicated and accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, deeply committed to empowering individuals of all ages to navigate and improve their mental health and well-being. My professional experience spans working with diverse groups, including children, young people, and adults, as well as those who are care-experienced. I specialise in addressing a wide range of psychological challenges, such as anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), low self-esteem, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). By employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches, I aim to foster resilience, promote self-discovery, and support lasting positive change in my clients’ lives.
