Therapy sessions are usually 60 minutes long and cost £70 per session. This includes personalised support, careful preparation, and professional expertise tailored to your needs. If you need a report or supporting letter, this can be prepared at the same hourly rate. Payments can also be made through Aviva, AXA, and Vitality.

If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, please give at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with 48 hours’ notice will not be charged. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, the full session fee will apply.

Therapy is a private and supportive space where you may talk about personal or difficult experiences. Everything you share is treated with care and kept confidential, except where there is a safeguarding concern or a legal reason to share information. Your privacy and trust are very important.

Your personal information is stored securely and handled in line with GDPR requirements, so your information is protected and managed responsibly.

Client notes are held securely by ADapt Therapy and are treated as confidential records. They are only shared when legally required, such as with a court order. If you would like information from your records, a report can be prepared for a fee. Records are usually stored securely for seven years, unless there is a legal reason to keep them for longer.
