Approach
My approach is warm, compassionate, and based on working together. Therapy will focus on what matters most to you and what you would like to change or understand better. I use CBT and trauma-informed approaches to help you make sense of difficult thoughts, feelings, memories, and behaviours in a way that feels safe and manageable. Sessions are adapted to your needs, including your age, communication style, neurodiversity, life experiences, and personal goals. We will work at a pace that feels right for you, helping you build confidence, feel more in control, and develop practical skills you can use in everyday life.
