Therapy sessions are generally 60 minutes long and cost £70 per hour, reflecting the personalised care and professional expertise offered. If required, reports or supporting letters can be prepared at the same hourly rate. Payments are also accepted through Aviva, AXA, and Vitality.

Appointments can be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance without charge. However, cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time will incur the full session fee.

All personal data is securely stored and handled in full compliance with GDPR regulations to guarantee the protection of your information.

All patient notes are owned by ADapt Therapy and can only be disclosed for legal purposes upon receipt of a court order. If a patient needs access to information, a report can be prepared subject to a fee. Patient records are treated with strict confidentiality and are securely stored for seven years, unless legal circumstances require them to be held for a longer period.
